About Us

Connor and I met at our lovely Alma Mater, Manhattan College. We were both resident assistants in an old, quaint freshman building (quaint as in no air conditioning and rooms that can barely fit one person). However, none of that mattered because we fell in love! We both graduated: me with a degree in English and Connor with a degree in Biology/Chemistry.

After we graduated college and experienced what the horrible working world was like for a split second, we were excited to get back into school. I decided on getting a Master's Degree in Second Language Learning (ESL). Connor applied to medical school (his life-long dream) and was accepted to two DO schools and smartly chose one that was closest to family. On May 5th 2011, Connor proposed to me at Glenmere Mansion beside a beautiful lake, and it was the most magical moment of my life! A little over a year later, we got married on June 30th and are loving life as newlyweds!

So here we are on this crazy, but beautiful adventure, and we are excited as ever! Life continues to get better and we are having so much fun together, even during some of the harder times... (e.g. midterms, finals, and every other test). People say negative and pessimistic comments, such as "When will you see each other?" or "Get ready to be alone for the next 20 years of your life." Instead, I choose to be positive! I have a handsome and brilliant husband who is about to do wonderful things for the world with his talented mind, and I will be there every step of the way supporting him. And hey, whenever he gets time to breathe, I'll be there to kiss his cheek and bring him a nice cold beer... or a plate of warm cookies.
